7. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of transformation efforts.
8. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on financial transformation initiatives.
9. Mentor and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support the finance transformation strategy.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in finance transformation and bring innovative ideas to the table.
11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
