
Reverse Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Reverse Logistics Coordinator to join the GEODIS team. You will be responsible for managing the entire reverse logistics process from start to finish. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a proven ability to manage multiple projects.In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, customers, and vendors to facilitate the return process. You will be expected to monitor and analyze customer return data to identify trends and develop strategies for improving reverse logistics operations. Additionally, you will develop and implement reverse logistics policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.If you possess a high degree of professionalism and have an eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and vendors to facilitate the return process.
- Monitor and analyze customer return data to identify trends and develop strategies for improving reverse logistics operations.
- Develop and implement reverse logistics policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Manage the entire reverse logistics process from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate records of all returns and associated costs.
- Identify opportunities to reduce reverse logistics costs and improve efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and vendors.
- Provide customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
- Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
