  1. Manage Customer Relationships: The primary responsibility of the Responsable Service Relation Client is to establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with our customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints and concerns, and providing regular updates on their service requests.
  2. Ensure Customer Satisfaction: The role requires the individual to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services. This involves constantly monitoring and evaluating customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and working with other departments to implement solutions.
  3. Foster Customer Loyalty: The Responsable Service Relation Client is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote customer loyalty. This includes creating and maintaining loyalty programs, organizing customer appreciation events, and implementing effective communication channels.
  4. Communicate Effectively: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
