Recruiting Coordinator - SEASONAL

1. Manage and coordinate the full cycle recruitment process for all open positions within the company.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.
3. Source and attract qualified candidates through job postings, networking, and other recruitment strategies.
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify potential candidates.
5. Schedule and facilitate interviews and assessments for candidates.
6. Coordinate and track candidate status and ensure timely follow-up with hiring managers.
7. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation.
8. Ensure all recruitment processes and procedures are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
10. Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.
11. Collaborate with the HR team to support other HR initiatives and projects as needed.
12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and make recommendations for improvement.
13. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
14. Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events.
15. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
