Job Description

GEODIS is looking for a Process Improvement Engineer to help us optimize our operations and increase our efficiency. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about problem solving and data-driven decision making. As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to help us meet our goals.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with at least three years of experience in a process improvement role. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working with data. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable collaborating with other departments in our organization.If you’re a passionate problem solver who is looking for an opportunity to make an impact, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify areas for process improvement and develop innovative solutions to increase efficiency.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends and create reports to help inform decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  4. Develop and implement process improvements, taking into account cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  5. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives.
  6. Make recommendations to improve existing processes and procedures.
  7. Assist in training staff on new processes and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
  9. Work independently and as part of a team.
