
Process Improvement Engineer
GEODIS is looking for a Process Improvement Engineer to help us optimize our operations and increase our efficiency. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about problem solving and data-driven decision making. As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to help us meet our goals.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with at least three years of experience in a process improvement role. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working with data. Responsibilities:
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop innovative solutions to increase efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify trends and create reports to help inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements, taking into account cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives.
- Make recommendations to improve existing processes and procedures.
- Assist in training staff on new processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
