Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the global logistics network, ensuring efficient and effective customer service.
- Develop and manage cost-effective strategies and processes to improve performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate operations to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement plans for operational improvement, including training and development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, setting goals and objectives and providing guidance and support.
- Analyze data to identify trends and develop strategies for improving efficiency and increasing revenue.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress and evaluate success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
