Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the global logistics network, ensuring efficient and effective customer service.
2. Develop and manage cost-effective strategies and processes to improve performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
3. Monitor and evaluate operations to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
4. Develop and implement plans for operational improvement, including training and development.
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
6. Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, setting goals and objectives and providing guidance and support.
7. Analyze data to identify trends and develop strategies for improving efficiency and increasing revenue.
8. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress and evaluate success.
9. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
