  1. Develop and maintain an efficient and effective master production schedule to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
  2. Monitor and analyze production and inventory data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and sales to ensure alignment on production schedules and customer requirements.
  4. Utilize advanced planning and scheduling techniques to balance capacity and demand and minimize production disruptions.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes and systems to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  6. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and optimize lead times.
  7. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and customers to provide updates on production schedules and address any concerns or issues.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of scheduling analysts to ensure accurate and timely execution of production schedules.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to production scheduling, including on-time delivery, lead times, and inventory levels.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in production scheduling and supply chain management and implement relevant strategies and technologies to improve processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, And Logistics.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, With Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.

  • Knowledge And Proficiency In Supply Chain Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Optimize Processes To Drive Efficiency And Cost Savings.
