Job Description

At GEODIS, we are looking for an experienced and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role will require a passionate individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire logistics process, from warehousing to delivery.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field• At least 3 years of experience in a logistics role• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Knowledge of logistics systems, transportation regulations, and inventory processes• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Proficiency in MS Office and other software programs related to logistics• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environmentIf you have a passion for logistics and are excited to join a dynamic team, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and manage the entire logistics process, from warehousing to delivery.
  2. Ensure that all logistics operations are carried out in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  3. Analyze logistics data and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes.
  6. Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics.
  7. Maintain updated records of logistics activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
  9. Liaise with carriers and suppliers to coordinate shipments.
  10. Troubleshoot any logistics-related issues.
