- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of GEODIS's products and services.
- Actively seek out and engage potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales and grow the customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns.
- Utilize sales techniques to effectively negotiate and close deals with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or obstacles that may hinder sales goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations for growth.
- Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Represent GEODIS in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Sales Experience: A Successful Inside Sales Representative At Geodis Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Logistics Or Transportation Industry. This Will Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process And The Ability To Close Deals.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Other Team Members Is Crucial For Success In An Inside Sales Representative Role. This Includes Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As Active Listening Skills.
Customer Service Oriented: Geodis Values Customer Satisfaction And Puts The Customer At The Center Of Everything They Do. An Ideal Candidate For An Inside Sales Representative Role Should Have A Strong Customer Service Mindset And Be Able To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Team Player: The Inside Sales Representative Will Work Closely With Other Team Members, Such As Account Managers And Operations Staff, To Ensure A Smooth Sales Process. The Ability To Collaborate And Work Well In A Team Environment Is Essential For Success In This Role.
Industry Knowledge: While Not Required, Candidates With Knowledge Of The Logistics And Transportation Industry Will Have An Advantage In The Selection Process. This Includes Understanding Of Industry Trends, Competitors, And Customer Needs. This Knowledge Will Help The Inside Sales Representative To Better Serve Clients And Close Deals.
