  1. Provide exceptional customer service to employees by responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, time-off requests, and performance evaluations.
  3. Process employee onboarding and offboarding paperwork, ensuring all necessary forms and documents are completed accurately and efficiently.
  4. Collaborate with HR team members and managers to address and resolve employee issues and concerns.
  5. Manage the HR service center inbox and phone line, prioritizing and delegating tasks as needed.
  6. Create and maintain HR reports and analytics to track service center performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
  8. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
  9. Stay updated on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to employees and managers.
  10. Continuously strive for excellence in service delivery, seeking feedback and implementing improvements as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Hr Service Center Or Shared Services Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Benefits, Payroll, And Employee Relations.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Employees At All Levels.

  • Proficiency In Hris Systems, Such As Workday Or Adp, And Microsoft Office Suite.
