  1. Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information and communication.
  3. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports on behalf of the executive team.
  4. Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, clients, and external partners.
  5. Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in a systematic and efficient manner.
  6. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  7. Act as a gatekeeper for the executive team, screening and prioritizing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  8. Conduct research and gather information to assist the executive team with decision-making.
  9. Plan and coordinate special events and meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements.
  10. Proactively identify and anticipate needs of the executive team and take appropriate action to ensure smooth operations.
  11. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure consistency and efficiency in office operations.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline processes and procedures.
  13. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company to internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Prioritize and manage confidential and time-sensitive tasks with discretion and attention to detail.
  15. Keep updated and informed on company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide informed support to the executive team.
