As the Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing our talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to our organization.   1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the company's hiring needs and create a hiring plan to meet those needs.
  3. Create and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other potential sources of talent.
  4. Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  5. Utilize innovative and creative ways to attract and engage potential candidates.
  6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  8. Build and maintain a strong employer brand and presence in the job market.
  9. Develop and maintain metrics to track the success and effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  10. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and hiring managers.
  11. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  12. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop and implement onboarding processes for new hires.
  13. Work with other departments to identify future hiring needs and create plans to proactively address those needs.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  15. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Innovative And Effective Recruitment Strategies

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Recruitment Trends And Best Practices, As Well As Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Tools

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Partners
