Customs Broker

You will be responsible for processing shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and providing guidance to customers and colleagues. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask and prioritize, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all shipments comply with U.S. customs regulations.
2. Process import/export shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
3. Provide guidance to customers and colleagues regarding customs regulations.
4. Remain up-to-date with changes to customs regulations.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
6. Troubleshoot any issues that arise with shipments.
7. Create and maintain accurate records of all shipments.
8. Assist in the preparation of necessary documents for shipments.
9. Monitor shipments and provide updates to stakeholders.
10. Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to complete tasks.
