  1. Greet and welcome potential candidates to Banco de Talentos at GEODIS, representing the company in a positive and professional manner.

  3. Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  4. Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.

  6. Utilize various recruitment strategies and resources to source and attract top talent for the company.

  12. Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events to promote the company and identify potential candidates.
  13. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  14. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the recruitment process and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Logistics Or Transportation Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Procedures, As Well As Experience With Warehouse Management Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Performance Targets, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Efficiency.
