1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the wound and skin health department.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to wound and skin care in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
3. Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of wound and skin health team members.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
5. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
