• Develop and implement training programs for staff members at Genesis HealthCare
• Collaborate with department heads and leadership team to identify training needs and create a comprehensive training plan
• Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and ensure they are familiar with company policies and procedures
• Monitor and track staff training progress and provide feedback and support as needed
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations to ensure training materials are relevant and compliant
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement
