Restorative Nursing Aide

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the implementation of restorative nursing care plans and activities for residents.
2. Assist in the development and maintenance of daily schedules and activities for residents.
3. Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
4. Monitor residents’ health and progress and report any changes to the restorative nursing team.
5. Assist in the maintenance of a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
6. Provide emotional and physical support to residents.
7. Offer assistance with feeding and provide nutritional guidance.
8. Follow infection control protocols and adhere to safety regulations.
9. Participate in team meetings and provide input and feedback.
10. Accurately document residents’ care and progress.
