Restorative Nursing Aide

Responsibilities for Restorative Nursing Aide:

1. Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and other necessary tasks.
2. Support patients in their journey to regain independence.
3. Provide the highest quality of care to patients.
4. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
6. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve patient care.
7. Communicate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
9. Recognize and report any changes in patient conditions to the appropriate personnel.
10. Promote patient comfort and dignity.
