Restorative Nurse Aide -- CNA

Responsibilities:

1. Assist residents in activities of daily living such as transfers, grooming, feeding, and ambulating.
2. Monitor residents' health and physical condition, reporting any changes to the appropriate supervisor.
3. Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by the physician.
4. Assist with planning and implementation of restorative care plans.
5. Provide emotional and social support to residents.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided to residents.
7. Participate in in-service education and continuing education programs.
8. Follow all safety protocols and documentation guidelines.
9. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other health care team members.
10. Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
