3. Work closely with the Recreation Director to develop new and exciting programs that align with the interests and preferences of the residents.
4. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a coordinated approach to resident care and activities.
5. Encourage and motivate residents to participate in recreational activities, promoting socialization and overall well-being.
6. Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress in recreational activities.
7. Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive recreational experience for all.
8. Assist in the procurement and maintenance of recreational equipment and supplies.
9. Stay current on trends and best practices in recreational activities for seniors.
10. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of residents during recreational activities.
