8. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in recreational therapy and incorporate new ideas and techniques into the activities program.
9. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, including safety and infection control protocols, while carrying out recreational activities.
10. Act as a role model for residents, demonstrating positivity, compassion, and a genuine interest in enhancing their quality of life.
