  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries.
  3. Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
  4. Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  5. Provide accurate and timely information to patients and visitors.
  6. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  7. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  8. Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  9. Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  10. Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
