- Check patients in and out, collect co-payments, and verify insurance information.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth flow of patients and timely communication.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
- Keep track of office supplies and submit orders when necessary.
- Communicate any patient concerns or issues to the appropriate staff member.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Act as a liaison between patients and staff to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
