  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  12. Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients and their families.
  13. Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
  14. Continually strive to improve patient care and services.
  15. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  16. Maintain current certification as a PCA and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
  17. Handle difficult situations and behaviors with patience, compassion, and professionalism.
  18. Demonstrate a strong understanding of and commitment to patient rights and dignity.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: Many Pca Positions Require A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Ensure Basic Education And Communication Skills.

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: While Not Always Required, Many Pca Positions Prefer Candidates Who Have Completed A Cna Program And Passed The State Certification Exam.
