High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Personal Care Assistant At Genesis Healthcare Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Ensure A Basic Level Of Education And Understanding.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: A Cna Certification Is Preferred For This Position, As It Demonstrates A Higher Level Of Knowledge And Skills In Patient Care.
Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Prior Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Nursing Home Or Hospital, Is Highly Desirable For A Personal Care Assistant At Genesis Healthcare. This Ensures A Familiarity With The Environment And Expectations Of The Job.
