Nursing Care Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to nursing care.
2. Perform patient assessments and take vital signs.
3. Assist patients with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, and bathing.
4. Monitor patient progress and document changes in patient condition.
5. Administer medications, treatments, and tests as prescribed by the physician.
6. Respond to patient and family questions and concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for each patient.
8. Assist in the development of care plans for individual patients.
9. Assist in the admission and discharge process of patients.
10. Participate in team meetings and other professional development activities.
