Nursing Care Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate care to patients
2. Maintain accurate patient records and document any changes in their health
3. Assist with patient care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
4. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
5. Administer medications and treatments as per the doctor’s orders
6. Respond to patient inquiries and provide emotional support
7. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
8. Develop positive relationships with patients and their families
9. Communicate effectively with the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
10. Ensure that the nursing care facility is clean and organized at all times
