Job Description

At Genesis HealthCare, we are looking for committed and passionate Non-Certified Nurse Aides to join our team and provide outstanding care to our patients. Our Non-Certified Nurse Aides are essential in helping us deliver high-quality care to our residents. We’re looking for individuals who have a positive attitude, a desire to learn, and a commitment to excellence.The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma, and have the ability to read, write, and follow directions in English. Previous experience in the medical field or related field is a plus. Additionally, the Non-Certified Nurse Aide must demonstrate a commitment to quality care, be a team player, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to Genesis HealthCare residents
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality care and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents
  • Read, write, and follow directions in English
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure that all medical needs are met
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with activities of daily living such as eating and exercise
  • Document patient progress and changes in health conditions
