Job Description

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Manager-Office Center. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.The ideal candidate for this position will have at least three years of experience in an office management or administrative role, as well as a track record of successful management of office processes. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Additionally, the Manager-Office Center should have strong computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including workflow, personnel, and office systems.
  2. Ensure customer service standards are maintained and exceeded.
  3. Develop and implement procedures and policies for efficient office operations.
  4. Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
  5. Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff.
  6. Manage office budget and monitor expenses.
  7. Track and report office performance and progress against goals.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Assist with other projects or tasks as required.
