1. Provide compassionate and skilled care to residents in accordance with established standards and protocols.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.
3. Monitor and document residents' vital signs, symptoms, and reactions to medications.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each resident.
6. Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other members of the healthcare team.
7. Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure all needs are met.
8. Perform routine assessments and report any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate healthcare personnel.
9. Help promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
10. Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education programs to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
11. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, including safety and infection control protocols.
12. Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families during difficult times.
13. Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and maintaining a positive work environment.
14. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance resident care.
