Valid Lpn License: The Primary Qualification For An Lpn Job At Genesis Healthcare Is A Valid And Current Lpn License. This Demonstrates That The Candidate Has Completed The Necessary Education And Training To Practice As An Lpn.
Prior Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Genesis Healthcare May Also Require Lpn Candidates To Have Prior Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Hospital, Nursing Home, Or Physician's Office. This Experience Can Help The Candidate Understand The Demands And Responsibilities Of The Job.
Knowledge Of Nursing Principles And Practices: Lpns Must Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Nursing Principles And Practices, Including Medication Administration, Wound Care, And Patient Assessment. This Knowledge Is Essential For Providing Quality Care To Patients.
