  1. Oversee and manage the operations of a skilled nursing facility.
  2. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and laws related to healthcare and long-term care.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care for residents.
  4. Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff.
  5. Ensure efficient staffing and scheduling to meet the needs of residents and maintain a positive work environment.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff to ensure adherence to company standards and resident satisfaction.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community organizations to promote a positive image of the facility.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and professionals to coordinate care for residents.
  9. Manage and allocate financial resources to ensure the financial stability of the facility.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of care provided.
  11. Handle any issues or concerns that may arise from residents, families, or staff in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Represent the facility at meetings and events with stakeholders and community members.
  13. Participate in the hiring, training, and development of staff to maintain a competent and compassionate team.
  14. Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and communication within the facility.
  15. Continuously strive to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Current And Valid State Licensure As A Nursing Home Administrator.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Long-Term Care Or Senior Care Management Role.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations For Long-Term Care Facilities, Including Medicare And Medicaid Guidelines.
