  1. Overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home facility to ensure that all activities are aligned with the organization's mission and values.
  2. Managing and supervising staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  3. Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations related to healthcare and long-term care facilities.
  4. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
  5. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans for residents.
  6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of resident care and facility operations.
  7. Managing budgets and financial resources to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.
  8. Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and staff to address concerns and resolve conflicts.
  9. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the level of care provided to residents.
  10. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the facility is providing the highest quality of care.
  11. Upholding ethical and professional standards at all times and promoting a positive work culture among staff.
  12. Representing the facility in a professional manner to external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and community organizations.
  13. Adhering to confidentiality and privacy regulations in handling sensitive resident and organizational information.
  14. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and operations within the facility.
  15. Maintaining a passionate and compassionate approach to serving the elderly population and contributing to their overall well-being.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Valid State Licensure As A Nursing Home Administrator (Lnha).

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In A Long-Term Care Facility.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations For Long-Term Care Facilities.

  • Strong Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills.
