- Ensure a safe and secure environment for all residents and staff.

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Long-Term Care Facility.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Current And Active State License As A Nursing Home Administrator (Nha) Or Ability To Obtain One Within A Specified Timeframe.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Governing Long-Term Care Facilities.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Financial Management, Staff Development, And Resident Satisfaction In A Long-Term Care Setting.
