1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing home facility, including staff management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
2. Maintain a high standard of care for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
4. Ensure all administrative tasks, such as resident admissions and discharge procedures, are carried out efficiently and accurately.
