- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing home facility, including staff management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain a high standard of care for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Ensure all administrative tasks, such as resident admissions and discharge procedures, are carried out efficiently and accurately.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they provide quality care to residents and meet performance standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families, addressing any concerns and providing support as needed.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for residents.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care and services provided by the facility.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes as necessary to ensure the facility remains competitive and meets the needs of residents.
- Serve as a role model for staff, demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and dedication to the well-being of residents.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or A Related Field.
Active And Valid State License As A Nursing Home Administrator.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Long-Term Care Facility.
Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Governing Nursing Home Operations.
