We are currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team and help us continue to uphold our standard of excellence. As an LNHA, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home facility and ensuring the well-being of our residents.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing home facility, including staff management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  2. Maintain a high standard of care for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
  4. Ensure all administrative tasks, such as resident admissions and discharge procedures, are carried out efficiently and accurately.
  5. Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they provide quality care to residents and meet performance standards.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families, addressing any concerns and providing support as needed.
  7. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for residents.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care and services provided by the facility.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes as necessary to ensure the facility remains competitive and meets the needs of residents.
  10. Serve as a role model for staff, demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and dedication to the well-being of residents.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Active And Valid State License As A Nursing Home Administrator.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Long-Term Care Facility.

  • Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Governing Nursing Home Operations.

  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills.
