Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Active State License As A Nursing Home Administrator.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In A Long-Term Care Facility.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations And Compliance Requirements For Long-Term Care Facilities.
Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals.
