1. Provide high-quality care to residents in accordance with established nursing standards and facility policies.
2. Maintain residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being by assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
3. Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse and document accurately.
4. Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to the appropriate medical staff.
5. Create a safe and clean environment for residents by following infection control procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
