- Provide high-quality care to residents in accordance with established nursing standards and facility policies.
- Maintain residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being by assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse and document accurately.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to the appropriate medical staff.
