- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to provide high-quality care and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and overall quality of care.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all licensing and accreditation requirements.
- Manage and allocate resources, including budget, staffing, and equipment, to meet the needs of the facility.
- Handle and resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents, families, or staff in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide coaching and training as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in long-term care management.
- Serve as a role model for staff, promoting a positive and compassionate work culture.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to the facility's operations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to enhance the overall well-being of residents.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including residents, families, staff, and upper management.

- Serve as an advocate for the facility and its residents in the community.
Active Lnha License: The Candidate Must Hold A Current And Active License As A Nursing Home Administrator In The State Where The Facility Is Located. This Demonstrates That The Candidate Has The Required Knowledge And Experience To Lead A Nursing Home Facility.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience As A Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. This Shows That The Candidate Has A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Nursing Home Facility.
