  1. Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
  2. Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations related to HR.
  5. Conduct regular training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  8. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  9. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
  11. Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  12. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Director.
  13. Serve as a resource to employees for HR-related questions and concerns.
  14. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's culture, mission, and values to promote an engaged and positive work environment.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Field Operations And Employee Relations.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Various Levels Of Employees And Management.

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
