1. Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for Nursing Home Administrators (NHA) to prepare them for future leadership roles.
2. Mentor and coach program participants, providing guidance and support throughout their training and development.
3. Collaborate with the Human Resources department to identify and recruit potential candidates for the program.
4. Develop relationships with educational institutions and organizations to promote the program and attract top talent.
5. Conduct regular evaluations of program participants to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the program's curriculum is relevant and effective.
7. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for program participants.

11. Provide ongoing support and guidance to program graduates as they transition into leadership roles within the organization.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve the program to meet the evolving needs of the organization and the long-term care industry.
13. Represent the organization and the program at industry events and conferences.
14. Adhere to all applicable regulations and standards related to long-term care and leadership development.
15. Collaborate with other departments, such as Nursing and Quality Assurance, to ensure program participants have a well-rounded understanding of the organization and its operations.
