- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for Nursing Home Administrators (NHA) to prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Mentor and coach program participants, providing guidance and support throughout their training and development.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department to identify and recruit potential candidates for the program.
- Develop relationships with educational institutions and organizations to promote the program and attract top talent.
- Conduct regular evaluations of program participants to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the program's curriculum is relevant and effective.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for program participants.
- Collaborate with other leaders within the organization to identify opportunities for program participants to gain hands-on experience and exposure to different areas of long-term care.
- Manage program budget and resources effectively.
- Serve as a role model for program participants, exemplifying the organization's values and commitment to high-quality care.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to program graduates as they transition into leadership roles within the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the program to meet the evolving needs of the organization and the long-term care industry.
- Represent the organization and the program at industry events and conferences.
- Adhere to all applicable regulations and standards related to long-term care and leadership development.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Nursing and Quality Assurance, to ensure program participants have a well-rounded understanding of the organization and its operations.
Extensive Experience In Healthcare Administration: The Ideal Candidate For The Future Leaders Program (Ait) Director - Nha Position Should Have A Strong Background In Healthcare Administration, With Experience In Managing Long-Term Care Facilities And Working With Interdisciplinary Teams.
