  1. Oversee the implementation and management of the organization's Enterprise Resource and Planning (ERP) system.
  2. Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the organization's business processes and operations.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to identify and understand their system needs and requirements.
  4. Work closely with IT and software vendors to ensure the successful integration and customization of the ERP system.
  5. Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure they are proficient in using the ERP system.
  6. Monitor and maintain the security and integrity of the ERP system, including user access and data backups.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors with the ERP system.
  8. Keep up-to-date with the latest ERP system updates and technologies to continuously improve processes.
  9. Analyze data and produce reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving system performance and efficiency.
  10. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting through the ERP system.
  11. Lead system upgrades and enhancements to ensure the ERP system is meeting the organization's changing needs.
  12. Stay informed of industry best practices and make recommendations for improvements to current processes.
  13. Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, procedures, and guidelines.
  14. Train and mentor other team members on the use and functionality of the ERP system.
  15. Act as the point of contact for any ERP system-related inquiries or issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Managing Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Processes And Regulations.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Familiarity With Erp Software Such As Oracle, Sap, Or Microsoft Dynamics.
