Director - Social Services

The Director of Social Services will be responsible for developing and implementing social service programs to meet the needs of our patients and residents.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in social services. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a diverse population. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of the rules and regulations concerning social services, and be able to develop and maintain effective policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social service programs to meet the needs of patients and residents.
2. Maintain and follow rules and regulations concerning social services.
3. Develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
4. Monitor the effectiveness of social service programs and make necessary changes.
5. Provide guidance and support to social workers.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners.
7. Provide training and information to staff and patients/residents.
8. Manage the budget for social services.
9. Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
10. Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and training of social service staff.
