Director - Social Services

We are seeking a driven, resourceful, and passionate Director of Social Services to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. As our Director of Social Services, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of social services in our facilities. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the highest quality of care is provided to our patients and their families.The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in social work, and at least three years of experience in a health and social services field. You will have a strong understanding of the principles and practices of social work and the ability to mentor and motivate staff in order to achieve excellent results.
