
Director Post Acute Partnerships - External Marketer

- Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare providers
- Promote Genesis HealthCare's post-acute care services to potential partners and educate them on the benefits of working with our organization
- Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our services and value proposition to external partners
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and maintain relationships with potential partners
- Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities to increase referrals and grow our post-acute care services
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of Genesis HealthCare's services, capabilities, and competitive advantages in order to effectively sell to external partners
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with potential partners to discuss our services and how we can meet their needs
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth referral process and exceptional customer service for our partners
- Provide regular updates and reports on partnership development and progress to senior leadership
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon partnership strategies to drive business growth and meet organizational goals and objectives
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field. A Higher Degree Such As A Master's In Business Administration (Mba) Is Preferred.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Business Development, Preferably In Post-Acute Care.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Partnerships With External Stakeholders, Such As Hospitals, Physicians, And Managed Care Organizations.
Strong Understanding Of The Post-Acute Care Landscape And The Ability To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Expansion.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Collaborate With Key Stakeholders.
