- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for post-acute care services
- Create and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper execution and delivery of services to external partners
- Build and maintain a strong network within the healthcare industry
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partners and market trends
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with external partners
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Genesis HealthCare’s post-acute care services, capabilities, and competitive advantages
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to business development and partnerships
- Continuously evaluate and improve partnership processes and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Genesis HealthCare, promoting our mission, values, and services to external partners and the community.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Sales Or Business Development.
Knowledge Of Post-Acute Care Industry And Understanding Of Reimbursement Processes.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Successful Partnerships With External Stakeholders.
Excellent Communication And Networking Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Promote Genesis Healthcare's Services To Potential Partners.
