1. Oversee and direct all aspects of nursing services, including staffing, training, and performance management.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality care for patients and compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Monitor and evaluate patient care to ensure it meets or exceeds established standards.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
5. Manage and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
7. Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
8. Monitor and manage the department budget, including staffing and supply needs.
9. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for nursing staff and patients.
10. Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nursing and healthcare.
11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement in patient care.
12. Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, management, and other departments within the facility.
13. Attend and participate in meetings, committees, and other activities as required.

15. Adhere to all privacy, confidentiality, and security policies and protocols.
16. Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude at all times.
17. Handle any issues or concerns related to nursing services promptly and effectively.

19. Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and collaboration within the nursing department and across the facility.
