1. Prepare and serve meals according to menu and dietary restrictions of residents.
2. Ensure meals are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.
3. Monitor and record food and beverage intake of residents.
4. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
5. Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
6. Communicate effectively with kitchen and dining staff to coordinate meal service.
7. Interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner.
8. Assist with inventory and restocking of food and supplies.
9. Adhere to all dietary and safety protocols and procedures.
10. Assist with special dietary requests and accommodations.
11. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families.
12. Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
13. Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
14. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure the overall well-being of residents.
15. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the dining experience of residents.
16. Perform other duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager or Supervisor.
