- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to Genesis HealthCare.
- Build and maintain relationships with local schools, job fairs, and community organizations to promote job opportunities and generate candidate interest.
- Utilize various recruitment sources, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Genesis HealthCare, promoting our mission, values, and culture to potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and information in our applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to showcase our organization and attract potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong network within the community to identify and engage with passive job seekers.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all hiring and employment laws and regulations.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress to management.
- Act as a point of contact for candidate inquiries and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously strive to enhance the diversity and inclusivity of our workforce through targeted recruitment efforts.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Recruitment, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Communicate With Diverse Groups.
Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.
