CNA Nurse Instructor - RN

4. Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them develop the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their role.
5. Assess and evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
6. Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices and regulations to ensure training materials are relevant and accurate.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure students are exposed to a variety of perspectives and experiences.
8. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds.
9. Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and management to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
10. Serve as a role model for compassionate and ethical nursing practices.
11. Maintain all necessary paperwork and documentation related to training and student progress.
12. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
14. Provide support and guidance to students during their clinical rotations and assist with their transition into the workforce.
15. Continuously assess and improve training programs to ensure they meet the needs of students and the organization.
