1. Provide compassionate care to patients by assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Monitor and report changes in patients' health status to the nursing staff.
3. Ensure patients' comfort and safety by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
4. Observe and adhere to all infection control policies and procedures.
5. Assist with medication administration under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
6. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both patients and their families.
7. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
8. Document all patient care and interactions accurately and in a timely manner.
9. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
10. Adhere to all state and federal regulations and facility policies and procedures.
11. Maintain patient confidentiality and respect their rights and dignity.
12. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
13. Assist with the coordination of activities and events for patients.
14. Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training.
15. Promote a culture of teamwork, positivity, and excellence within the facility.
